What We Collect
When you fill out an estimate form, call us, or text us, we collect the information you hand over: your name, phone number, email address, the property address where the trees are, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you send photos of a tree, we keep those too.
When you simply browse the site, our host and our analytics tools record ordinary technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that sent you here. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Why We Collect It
We use your information to get back to you, price the work, schedule the crew, do the job, invoice it, and follow up afterward. We also use it to answer questions, resolve problems, and keep records of work performed on a property. We use anonymous site data to understand which pages people actually find useful.
Calls, Texts, and Email
When you give us your phone number through this site or over the phone, you agree that we may call and text you about your estimate and your job. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Message frequency varies with the job.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from us. Reply HELP for help, or just call the office at (540) 514-7906. Opting out of texts does not cancel your job, and we will still reach you by phone or email about work already scheduled. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or the fact that you consented to texts with anyone for their own marketing.
Who Sees Your Information
Your information stays with our crew and the service providers who help us run the business: our website host, our customer and scheduling software, our email and text messaging provider, and our payment processor. Those companies only handle your information to do work for us, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.
We do not sell your personal information. We will only hand information to law enforcement or a court when the law requires it, or when it is genuinely needed to protect someone’s safety or property.

We keep job records, estimates, and invoices as long as we need them for the work, our accounting, our insurance, and applicable law. If you want your information removed, call us and ask.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP. Call (540) 514-7906 or use the contact page and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for adults hiring tree work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, including a secured website and access controls on our systems. No website or system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
