What You Would Be Doing
This is a working position on a tree crew. Most days you are either in the bucket or on a rope, taking down and trimming trees around homes, drives, fences and power drops across Winchester, Berryville, Frederick County and Clarke County.
Removals, trimming and pruning, storm cleanup, and the occasional emergency job when a tree comes down on a house. You will run the bucket truck, set up rigging, make the cuts, and help the ground crew get the site raked clean before we leave.
We own our equipment and keep it maintained. Bucket trucks, chippers, stump grinders, saws. You will not be fighting worn out gear.
What We Are Looking For
Bucket or Climbing Experience
You have run a bucket truck or climbed on a working crew. Both is better. Tell us how long and what kind of work.
Safety First
You wear the gear, you check the rigging, and you know where the limb is going to land before you cut it.
Shows Up
Reliable and on time. A crew that is a man short is a rough day for everybody, and we plan on you being there.
Works Clean
