These terms cover your use of this website and the estimates and tree work you request through it. Using the site means you accept them. Last updated July 31, 2026.

What This Site Is

This site describes the tree services Mother Nature Tree Service offers around Winchester, Berryville, and the Shenandoah Valley. We keep it accurate, but descriptions, photos, and any pricing guidance here are general information, not a quote and not a guarantee of a particular result on your property.

Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate becomes a job when we put it in writing and you accept it. A written estimate covers the work described on it and nothing else. If we open up a job and find something nobody could see from the ground, such as internal decay, hidden hardware, or access that turns out not to work, we stop and talk to you before doing anything that changes the price.

Estimates are based on what we can observe on the day we look. Storm damage, further decline, or changes you make to the property can change the scope and the price.

Scheduling and Weather

Tree work is weather and daylight dependent, and emergency calls take priority over routine work. We will tell you as early as we can when a date has to move.

Your Property

You confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission to have the work done, and that you have told us about anything buried, hidden, or fragile that we would not otherwise know about, including septic fields, irrigation, invisible fence, utility lines, and drainage. Heavy equipment leaves marks on lawns and driveways, especially when the ground is soft. We work carefully and we clean up, and normal ground disturbance from equipment is part of tree work.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Calls and Texts

When you give us your number you agree we may call and text you about your estimate and your job. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for the full explanation.

Reviews and Content

The text, photos, video, and layout on this site belong to Mother Nature Tree Service and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Reviews displayed here come straight from our public Google Business Profile and belong to the people who wrote them.

Other Sites

Where we link to another site, such as Google or a video platform, we are not responsible for what is on it or for how it handles your information.

Limits

We stand behind the work we perform. This website itself is provided as is, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from relying on general information here instead of an on site assessment. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Virginia law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Clarke County, Virginia.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the current version always lives on this page with the date it took effect.
